Dr. Raymont Burke, a native of Miami, FL., is an innovative, jovial, and passionate 28-year educator with experience in CTAE (Career Technical Agricultural Education) and Engineering Disciplines. As a former CTAE Teacher of the Year, Dr. Burke has spent countless years developing a thriving Robotics Competition team that has won over 18 1st place trophies, 4 State Championships, and 4 International Robotics Competition appearances. Dr. Burke currently serves as the CTAE Director for one of the state’s online charter systems. Some of the programs and curriculum Dr. Burke has launched include but are not limited to Robotics, Coding, Gaming Design, Esports, UAV (Drones), Sound Engineering, and Career Exploration. Dr. Burke has experience as a CTAE Director to Classroom instructor up to the collegiate level.
Dr. Burke holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction/Corporate Training from Capella University, an MBA from American Intercontinental University, a B.S. in Business Economics from Florida A&M University, Superintendent, District and Building Educational Leadership certification from the University of Georgia, and Carl D. Perkins certification.

Dr. Burke is a member of the World Renowned Marching 100, Conyers/Covington Orchestra, Georgia State University Piedmont Campus Orchestra, Georgia Mass Band, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Kappa Kappa Psi National Honorary Band Fraternity, Professional Association of Georgia Education, National Association of Educators, and International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE). Dr. Burke is also a Board Member and Director of STEM of Lillie’s Foundation for Change, a not for profit focused on assisting Grandparents raising school age scholars. Dr. Burke philosophy is focused on gaining access and equity for African American males while building a legacy and generational wealth.
